Applications for Job Roles

Our centre relies on qualified and experienced staff members to provide the highest quality of care to the children. As such, we expect the following as a minimum to be considered for a position in our team.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Working knowledge of the NQS and EYLF

  • 3 or more years of hands-on work experience in a similar role

  • Position relevant qualifications - Diploma or above only 

  • Candidates who are actively working towards their Diploma qualification while already holding a Certificate 3 and have the minimum required level of experience are also encouraged to apply.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to work well with many computerised programs for documentation

  • Proven skills in working within a culturally and linguistically diverse team

  • Widely researched knowledge of early childhood theorists and industry best practices

Additionally, we encourage applicants who are:


  • of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent

  • able to speak a language other than English

  • have some training in the Reggio approach

  • well-versed in Inclusion Support services

Permanent Positions

You must have worked casually and/or on a part-time contract basis in our centre for at least 3 months to be offered a permanent position.


Positions are offered as they become available.

Casual Positions


Applications for casual work are accepted from all eligible candidates. Student visa holders and those looking for more experience in long day care are welcome to apply. 




Candidates already holding a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care with extensive experience in child care are offered Diploma traineeships, depending on their eligibility. We do not offer Certificate 3 traineeships.
